School Students Savor Staches
The annual festival drew over 800 guests, who enjoyed carnival games, raffles, and of course, food trucks.
“The pretzels were awesome,” said one parent, “my son wanted more to take home!”

Matthew Baudek, general manager of the truck, said the pretzel-centric food truck business loves doing school fundraisers.
“We always have fun working with schools,” Baudek said, “and it’s a great way for us to give back to the community.”
The truck donated a portion of its sales back to the school’s PTO organization. The funds will go towards resources for the students.
Baudek also noted that sales of the truck’s new house-made, agave-sweetened lemonade tend to be strong at schools.
