Catered Pretzels a Hit with Employees
“We were so excited to have the truck come out,” said event coordinator Darcy C., “everybody loved the pretzels.”
“I think they cleaned us out of business cards,” shift manager Matthew Baudek, of Phoenix, said, “hopefully that leads to more good things!”
Zach Olsen manned the prep table for the Mustache Pretzels crew, rolling over 150 pretzels in just under an hour.
“(I) really got into a groove today,” Olsen said, “the dough was just easy to work with, and the pretzels were shaping up nicely.
“Matt was also on-point with his dip game, so that took some pressure off, too,” Olsen continued, referring to Baudek’s noted proficiency in preparing rolled pretzels to go into the oven.
